The Profit Package
The Profit Package plan is designed for those that wish to have full business strategy coaching from the inception point to the sale of the company and everything in between. We will concentrate on finding practical solutions through improving operating processes and increasing your value as an owner and a company. Ongoing support and training can help your employees function at the high levels your business needs by clearly explaining execution strategy and making your strategic plans easy to follow. You’ll get more done in less time, with less capital and fewer resources while maximizing profit potential. This package lasts for one month; if more time is needed hourly will apply.
● One month (20 hours) of 1:1 in-person consulting time & unlimited text messaging and email support
● Business Strategy: Licensing and permits, health department compliance, cost analysis & sourcing, menu cost and development, marketing and advertising, branding and logo/social media, vendor relations and introductions, identifying strategic and complimentary revenue streams, identifying and analyzing competition, exit strategy, budgeting and cash flow, payroll and employee compliance, employee benefits, business sale and exit strategy
● Helpful hints and advice with ‘follow-up’ action plans
● This includes Chris working in your business on a short term basis to ensure your business is run at an optimal level and make recommended changes if needed
